How does it work?
Simply upload your logo, artwork, or design using our order form. We'll prepare your design, create your custom ordering page if needed, and begin production once everything is approved.
What products do you offer?

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely! You can upload your own design during checkout. If your artwork needs adjustments, we'll make sure it prints as cleanly as possible.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend:
- PNG (preferred)
- SVG
- AI
- EPS
- JPG
Don't worry if your file isn't perfect—we'll review it before printing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We do not charge setup fees for standard custom apparel orders.
Is there a minimum order?
No! We can print a single shirt or hundreds of shirts.
Can you help create a design?
Yes! If you don't already have artwork, our team can help create a design that fits your needs.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. If your design requires review or modifications, we'll send a proof before production begins.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days after artwork approval.
Large orders or specialty items may require additional production time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express options available when offered
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll do everything we can to meet it.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States.
Can I order for my business, school, or sports team?
Absolutely! We regularly produce apparel for:

Can everyone order individually?
Yes! We can create a private online ordering page that allows each person to order their own size and have it shipped directly to them.
What printing method do you use?
We use high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing to produce vibrant, durable prints that hold up well through repeated washing.
How should I wash my apparel?
For the longest life:
- Wash inside out.
- Use cold water.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron directly over the printed design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.
If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Since every item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to make it right through a replacement or other appropriate solution.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because each item is custom printed, we cannot exchange garments ordered in the wrong size. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering.
